Common Problem

1. How to track the order?
We've made this very simple! You can check the status of your order here.


2. How do I return the item?
Please refer to our Return Policy. Additionally, www.zealsound.com cannot accept returned products that have been artificially damaged.


3. How to use the coupon code?
You're so lucky!  To use the coupon code, add all the great items to your cart and start the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code and click Apply. Please note that for orders on www.zealsound.com, only one promo code can be entered, and coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.


4. What if the product I received is damaged or lost?
Please refer to our Return Policy. Additionally, we cannot accept returned products that have been used or that have been artificially damaged.
You must report damaged or missing items by contacting us within 3 business days of receipt. Contact: tiktok@zealsound.com
If we file a claim with the carrier, you must also retain the original box and packing materials. In some cases, we may need the customer's assistance to identify why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout the process.


5. What if the item is out of stock?
Please contact tiktok@zealsound.com and we will deal with it immediately.


6. What payment methods do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Paypal as a payment method.


7. Why do I have to pay for a few days without a tracking number?
The time when your payment reaches our account, usually 10 minutes to reach our account, but it does not rule out the special case that this process takes several days, which depends on the account of the payment platform (PayPal).
Please review the product page for the product you ordered, which will display the product's stock availability status. Out of stock products will be automatically shipped once we receive additional stock.
