I purchased your USB Microphone through Amazon. I use both PC and Mac Computers for music production. When I plug the USB Connector into my Windows 11 PC it immediately mutes all output in Youtube. Ableton Live 11 doesn’t recognize it either. I need some help as this should be a simple installation. Are drivers needed on the PC? What am I missing.
