I found the solution to my problem! I had too many devices plugged into my USB hub


Good morning

I bought a K66 and it doesn’t work on my Mac. I have a Mac mini with the M1 chip. I can hear some sound but nothing fluid. I tested the wiring and plugged headphones directly behind the mic and it works fine, but not plugged into the mac. What is the problem?

After a short time the Zealsound WG 3B quit charging devices. Checked power adapter and output is meets specifications. Was going to buy a second one. But waiting to see how well this issue is addressed. Having difficulty finding support.
